2. Headache/migraine – Add 12 drops of any of the below oils to 4 fl oz (100 ml) of carrier oil and massage it into your temples, neck and up into the base of your skull and scalp. If you do this early enough you can prevent the onset of a full-clown headache.
Or steam inhale using twenty drops of oil in 2 pints (1.1 liter) of hot water. If you have nausea with your headache, peppermint is really helpful.

Or add six drops to 2 fl oz (50 ml) of carrier oil. Rub it briskly into your solar plexus to uplift and boost energy levels.
